    BMO turned to Rajiv Silgardo, formerly chief executive of rival ETF-maker Barclays Global Investments Canada (BGI), to head up its new product line.

    And he has made his mark: the BMO Dow Jones Canada Titans 60 Index ETF undercuts the already low fees of the biggest equity fund in the country -- the i60s marketed by Mr. Silgardo's former firm.
