    Peter Bechtel visits Warrior Country

    RED CLOUD GARRISON - Peter B. Bechtel, deputy director Army Plans and Policy, and director, U.S. Army Nuclear and Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency, came to Area I March 16.
