No Sweat was a hard rock-pop band which was active during the latter part of the 1980s and early years of the next decade. The group is another one in the line of 'almost made it' bands.
No Sweat was formed in 1996 which the band originally trading as Stateside. The lineup changed frequently over the course of the band's existence, however, the definitive lineup is the one that was in place at the time of the release of the eponymously-titled debut album in 1990.

The personnel for this record included Paul Quinn [Vocals], PJ Smith [Keyboards & Vocals], Jim Philips [Guitar & Vocals], Jon E. Angel [Bass Guitar], Dave Gooding [Guitar & Vocals] and Ray Fean [Drums]
No Sweat was championed by Joe Elliott of Def Leppard fame who actually went on to produce the band's first release.
That single was entitled 'Heart And Soul' and reached the top of the Irish singles charts upon its release in 1989. The band released two further Irish singles in the form of 'Tear Down
